A twelve week course for gay, bisexual, and queer men who are considering parenthood.
This course emphasizes adoption, surrogacy, and co-parenting. Through selected resources and discussions with industry guests, parents, partners and peers, explore practical, emotional, social, ethical, financial, medical, legal, political and intersectional issues related to becoming a parent.
In addressing the complex ways our communities come to parenthood, we seek to centre navigating our obligations and responsibilities as future parents in a settler colonial, anti-Black racist and oppressive world. We recognize the hopes and challenges of coming together to explore our individual experiences and coping strategies in the face of various oppressions in our lives and family planning journeys.
Find information, clarify needs and decisions, and build community.
